Delivery & Returns

Postage

Standard Royal Mail postage of between 1 and 3 packs, £3.00, delivery circa 3 working day’.   Fed Ex postage of 4 or more packs, up to a weight of 25kg, postage £7.50, delivery circa 2 working days.

Despatch

The Mitts will be despatched within 24 hours of your order being received.  Postage is via Royal Mail for between 1-3 packs, or FedEx for >4 packs

Returns

If for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase contact us at enquiries@mittproducts.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to make it right. Please include your order number in the subject line. We offer returns on orders 30 days after they are shipped.To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us, unused and in the same condition that you received it and require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process it once we have inspected the products.
